Finding Cheap Used Cars

Alright people, now I’m not sure about you, but when I look for a used car, I want to make sure that it’s cheap but it’s still in good condition. What I’m going to do in this article is prepare you for the process of finding your own used car for sale. Now, you might ask why I’d rather purchase a used car instead of a new one, well here’s why. Have you ever been on a dealership lot, have you seen how expensive those cars are? I’m not made of money, I’m not sure about you, but I can’t afford the mark ups they add on. Why not just go to a used lot then? Same deal, they add mark ups so they can make a profit.

Now, what I like to do is shop around online for used cars for sale by owner and here’s why. I’m in the market to buy a used car and there are people who are in the market to get rid of their car, that is most likely in decent shape and just want a different model. So, being the smart, computer savvy person that I am, I go to Google and run a search for cheap used cars for sale by owner. When I get the results that I’m looking for and find a car I like, I head over to Keley Blue Book and I make sure the price is in the same area. If so, then I call up the owner and ask if it’s been sold yet, if not then I ask if I can have it inspected. If they agree, that tells me they believe their car is fine and that their not hiding a problem.

If all checks out well with the car then I usually try to talk the price on the car down a little to see if I can get a better deal, if not tho, I’ll usually come back in a few days and try it out again. Once we’ve settled on a price, then we’ll head on over to the local Dept. of Motor Vehicles and get the tags put in my name and I give them the check for the car. I’ve been through this process a few times, so I know my way around a few other details that I’ve left out to make this article a little simpler. I hope this has been a big help to you and that you get the deal your looking for.
